Mohadeseh Bagherabadi receives SI Club Darmstadt Sponsorship Award
We are extremely proud of our colleague Baran who was honored with the SI Club Darmstadt Sponsorship Award.
The Soroptimist International Club Darmstadt Award at TU Darmstadt recognizes the particular challenges faced by women and mothers in academia who have successfully completed their doctoral studies. At the same time, the award encourages the compatibility between family life and academic qualification, as well as equal opportunities and gender equality.
In that wake, Baran received the accolade because of her outstanding contribution to science whilst at the same time moving from Iran to Germany as a single mother and bravely facing every challenge life put up against her. Keep being such an inspiration!
