Pulp & Paper Innovation Summer School 2026 in Autrans
One of our PhD students, Tobias Gaydoul, recently had the opportunity to present his work on silica-based wet-strength agents at this years Pulp & Paper Innovation Summer School which took place near Grenoble, France.
The event provided a stage to exchange ideas and receive feedback from peers as well as experienced researchers. Participants were able to build a professional international network by connecting with fellow doctoral researchers working in similar fields, professors and industry representatives who provided valuable input and insights on possible future career paths. Besides the scientific program, there was also plenty of time to enjoy the mountain village of Autrans including a pleasant tasting of local wine and cheeses as well as a wonderfully fascinating stargazing event.
